Tip: Exterior painting requires a well dried product. Soft woods and similar porous products must have a very low to no moisture content to allow primers or sealers to adhere and seal properly. Topped by a good coating of exterior paint. Consider maintenance free siding or capping in applicable areas.

Energy audits are allowed once per address. Have an audit done, then improve your abode. Put money back into your pocket when buying a new furnace, windows, insulation, toilets etc...

Caulking: High water content areas require 100% silicone applications. These are not paintable but come in colours.
